My research focuses on data-driven organizational information systems, digital platforms, and emerging forms of AIhuman collaboration in decision-support and knowledge work contexts. I investigate how analytics-enabled systems and algorithmic assistance integrate into human workflows across enterprise environments to support collaboration, managerial decision-making, and innovation processes. Methodologically, my work combines applied quantitative modeling. My ongoing research trajectory seeks to develop a program on co-creation between human users and AI-enabled systems, contributing empirical evidence on collaboration behaviors while informing the design and governance of next-generation organizational information systems.
